50% due at time of reservation plus 8% hotel tax; 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.

Free pickup at the port when you
stay 7 days or more in high season.
Cancellations:
In the event of a cancellation, a refund is given if the suite is rebooked for the same time period, less
20%.
Travel insurance is recommended to cover lost refunds, especially during hurricane season. |

Each extra person in a suite is $25/person per day high season, $20/person per day mid season, and $15/person per day off season.

Depending on availability, all suites can be rented by a single group. Rates are reduced by 10% for rentals of all Mahogany Tree Villa suites by a single group.

Wedding, honeymoon, special occasion -- let us know and we'll have champagne ready for your arrival.

Return guests always receive a discount of 5%.
Children 6 years or older are welcome at Mahogany Tree Villa.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa suites.
