Complementary pickup at the St. John ferry dock when you stay 5 days or more in high season.
Cancellations:
In the event of a cancellation, a refund is given if the suite is rebooked for the same time period, less 20%.
Travel insurance is recommended to cover lost refunds, especially during hurricane season.

Each extra person in a suite is $25/person per day high season, $20/person per day mid season, and $15/person per day off season.
Depending on availability, all suites can be rented by a single group.
Rates are reduced by 10% for rentals of all Mahogany Tree Villa suites by a single group.
